What "solutions" actually means
Nine tenths of a great live event happen months before anyone walks in the door. Getting the system diagram right. Sequencing the rigging plan against the load schedule. Making sure the AV, the venue, and the vendors are all reading the same version of the plan.
The Solutions practice takes on that pre-production layer — as the technical director, project manager, engineer in charge, or systems consultant — depending on what the client already has and what's missing. Sometimes that's owning the whole thing. Sometimes it's a small, specific piece of expertise for a team that's already very good at what they do.
